The Campus Producer – Woodbury plays a critical role in creating a clear, compelling, and well-executed weekend experience at Crossroads Church. This role provides leadership and oversight for all campus-level production elements, ensuring that audio, lighting, video, and service flow work together seamlessly to support an inspirational worship experience. The Campus Producer collaborates closely with worship leaders, campus leadership, and production volunteers to plan, prepare, and execute weekend services and special events with excellence. This position requires strong technical skill, thoughtful planning, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, live environment.
The Part-Time Campus Worship Leader – Cottage Grove creates and leads dynamic worship experiences for the weekend service and CR Youth at the campus. The role blends musical excellence, spiritual leadership, and team development to foster environments where people are inspired to take next steps in following Jesus.
The position collaborates closely with campus and central staff, develops volunteer teams, and ensures that worship services are executed with excellence, authenticity, and creativity.
The Campus Worship Leader (unlicensed)/ Pastor (licensed) creates and leads dynamic worship experiences for weekend services and CR Youth at a specific campus. This role blends musical excellence, spiritual leadership, and team development to foster environments where people are inspired to take next steps in following Jesus. The Campus Worship Leader collaborates closely with campus and central staff, develops volunteer teams, and ensures that worship services are executed with excellence, authenticity, and creativity.
This is a full-time campus ministry role built around a worship leading core. In addition to worship responsibilities, approximately 12-15 hours per week will be dedicated to broader campus ministry and/or operational support.
The Part-Time Youth Pastor (licensed) /Leader (unlicensed) is a dynamic, relational role for a leader with a deep passion for investing in the next generation. This role builds and sustains a thriving student ministry on their campus – cultivating a culture where students are known, discipled, and empowered to grow in their faith.
Central to this role is recruiting, developing, and caring for volunteer leaders who walk alongside students in authentic relationships. The Youth Pastor/Leader takes full ownership of Wednesday night programming while actively engaging students, volunteers, and families beyond the church walls – and building intentional partnerships with local schools and community organizations.
As a contributing member of both the campus and central CR Youth teams, this role requires strong leadership, a shepherd’s heart, and a conviction that the next generation is worth every investment.
What I love most about working at Crossroads is working with people who are supportive and loving, just like Christ loved us. I love the teamwork and the respect that we all have for one another. The biggest challenge is to maintain and exhibit Christ like example while being the light to the rest of the church. This is a good challenge because it’s the most rewarding at the end of the day. I feel rewarded when I see my work bring out transparency to our congregation regarding the church’s finances. Honestly, being brave and going beyond on a regular basis can only be possible with God’s help and guidance. I always dedicate my work, days, and my spiritual being to God on a daily basis. I always look forward to the smiling faces and the fulfilment I get when I achieve set work goals.
I serve at CR as our Congregational Care Pastor. I have been on staff since 2012 and a part of CR as our family’s home church since 2004. I consider it both an honor and a privilege to serve our congregation for needs that arise in their lives. We understand people's lives have beautiful marking faith moments in which I am grateful to some alongside and celebrate, whether it is a baptism, a marriage or a house blessing. It is an honor to serve. I have had the divine privilege to see how God works so amazingly in dark moments in people's lives as well, a hard family situation, a job loss and health diagnosis or a time of death. Walking with people in these moments, although difficult, the way I have seen God move is truly unbelievable. I am completely humbled to serve on staff here with people who join with me as we go beyond meeting people in a time of spiritual need. My constant prayer is that God uses me to shine His light, meeting more people and helping them be changed by Jesus.
I have the privilege to work at Crossroads as the Production Lead which means I help put together and organize our weekend services. I really love what I do at CR because I get to be a part of seeing Jesus shape and change people's lives and work on a team with some of the most amazing people. CR has also been a place of growth for me. I started in a very part-time role on the worship team and over my years here have been given opportunities to move into different areas and use the gifts and talents God has given me. Working at a church, on staff, is not an ‘easy’ job, but the end goal and getting a front row seat to see Jesus work is so worth it.
